The visiting delegation comprised Suleiman Saleh Al-Khomidan, Dean of the College of Graduate Studies and Interdisciplinary Research; Ammar Mohammed Adam Mohammed, Director of the Office of International Relations; and Almir Miftakhutdinov, a geophysics scholar and university ambassador.

The visit to the Northern Caucasus was facilitated by education sector entrepreneurs Adam Malsagov and Muslim Talgaev. The itinerary commenced with a strategic meeting with DSTU Rector Nazim Balamirzoev, where both institutions identified priority collaboration vectors in oil and gas engineering, chemical technologies, geosciences and information technology.

The partnership aims to establish dual-degree programs, joint research initiatives and faculty-student exchange mechanisms. Following a comprehensive presentation for DSTU students highlighting academic infrastructure and international internship prospects a roundtable with faculty deans finalized the roadmap for a bilateral cooperation agreement.

Rector Balamirzoev emphasized the shared strategic vision of both universities in engineering and digital research, noting the transition from preliminary agreements to concrete project implementation.
