MAKHACHKALA, April 2 – RIA Dagestan. The Law Faculty students of Dagestan State University claimed first place in the team competition at the regional round of the All-Russian Student Legal Olympiad–2026, hosted by Kabardino-Balkarian State University. DSU team outperformed 13 other leading universities from the North Caucasus Federal District.
Individual gold medals were awarded to Aishat Yaralieva (Information Law) and Adam Gavrilov (Tax Law), while Dina Alkhamatova and Aishat Abdulakhidova took silver. The jury commended the students' level of preparation.
DSU Rector Murtazali Rabadanov noted that the victory demonstrated the institution's consistent efforts and expressed confidence in the team's strong performance in the finals. The Olympiad was organized by the Youth Union of Lawyers of the Russian Federation, ConsultantPlus Company, the Federal Notary and Chambers of Lawyers, along with other prominent organizations.
