A New Year fishery and agricultural fair will be held in the capital of Dagestan from December 25 to 30. The event will showcase a wide range of regional products, including fresh and processed fish, honey, urbech (a traditional nut and seed paste), turkey meat, sausages, and other locally produced goods. More than 20 agricultural, farming, and aquaculture enterprises from across the republic will participate, including fishery complexes from the Tarumovsky, Kayakentsky, and Kizlyarsky municipal districts.
Organized by the Committee on Fisheries in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Dagestan, the fair will be held at 70 Imam Shamil Avenue. The event aims to promote local producers, strengthen regional food security, and offer residents access to high-quality, domestically sourced products ahead of the New Year holidays.
