MAKHACHKALA, April 6 – RIA Dagestan. On April 11, the Trud Stadium in Makhachkala will host a Mobile Games Festival, in commemoration of the Peoples of Russia Unity Year. The event’s lineup features traditional team competitions such as tug-of-war, log pillow fighting, sack races and vyshibaly—a ball-throwing elimination game where participants aim to strike opponents within a central target area.
An additional contest, Forward to Victory, involves two contestants connected by belts linked with a durable strap. Upon the referee’s signal, competitors engage in a contest of strength, each attempting to pull the other beyond a specified boundary line.
Eligibility criteria require participants to be at least 25 years old. Each team must comprise eight competitors, including one alternate player.
