Makhachkala, April 15, 2019. Students from Dagestan Abdulkadyr Karagishiyev and Bagautdin Omarov have won competitions of programmers "Kvantorium" in Skolkovo. Their mobile application “Survey of material and living conditions of dysfunctional families” has been recognized as the best in the contest, conducted by the company HTC (smartphones’ producer). The young people received vouchers to the children's camp "Change" and the other prizes.
