DERBENT, March 5 – RIA "Dagestan". Kamil Saidov, the Youth Affairs Minister of the Republic of Dagestan, met with Derbent Head Khanlar Pashabekov this week to assess preparations for the Youth Educational Forum "Kaspiy" scheduled for September 5–10. According to the ministry's press service, the forum will focus on patriotic education, volunteerism, international cooperation, interethnic dialogue, support for traditional values and development of creative industries.
During the visit, organizers reviewed key logistical arrangements for the forum, including participant registration points, tent placements for educational sessions, main stage configuration, headquarters operations, and designated partner and photo zones. Transportation logistics between Derbent railway station and Patriot Park were also addressed.
The cultural program—featuring opening and closing ceremonies and a folk arts and crafts exhibition—was also discussed. Saidov, accompanied by deputy Farman Melikov, Forum Director Akhmed Abdurakhmanov, and Republican Youth Center Director Rashid Maksutov, inspected Patriot Park to finalize locations for educational facilities, medical services, participants’ accommodation and dining areas.
"We have confirmed that Patriot Park possesses all the necessary infrastructure to host a forum of this scale" - Saidov stated. "The priority now is coordinated work by the entire organizing committee to ensure participants can fully engage in the educational program and networking opportunities".
Applications for participation are being accepted until August 10 via the Rosmolodezh.Forums platform.
