On the final day of the All-Russian Weightlifting Tournament "The Way to Olympus" in Moscow, Dagestani athletes won two more medals. Islam Believ became the champion in the weight category up to 55 kg with a total result of 195 kg (snatch – 85 kg; clean and jerk – 11 kg).
Besides, Believ fulfilled the standard of Master of Sports of Russia. Buvaysar Believ took the silver medal in the category up to 73 kg, in total he gained 270 kg (snatch – 123 kg; clean and jerk – 147 kg). Thus, Dagestan athletes won five gold, four silver and one bronze medals in the tournament.
