Prior to the ONE Fight Night 32 event held at Bangkok's Lumpini Stadium, Dagestani athlete Magomed Akayev debuted in the ONE Championship league.
His adversary was Chechen fighter Ibragim Dauev, who had previously secured a victory within the organization. Following a closely contested bout, the judges rendered a split decision in favor of Dauev (10-1), resulting in Akayev's first professional defeat.
