MAKHACHKALA, July 20 – RIA "Dagestan". Soltan Yusupov has been included in the Russian national Greco-Roman wrestling team (U-17) for participation in the туче World Championship. The international event will take place from July 27 to August 2 in Baku. The Dagestani will compete as part of the Russian team in the weight category up to 48 kg.
Last year, Yusupov won the gold medal at the European Championship. Coached by Nurmagomed Nurmagomedov, the athlete represents the "Khalimbekaul" sports school based in Buynaksky District.
