Dagestani wrestler Abdulmajid Kudayev secured a gold medal at the prestigious Yasar Dogu international wrestling tournament held in Kocaeli. Competing for Tajik national team in the 65 kg weight class, Kudayev triumphed over fellow Dagestani wrestler Islam Huseynov, who represented Belarus, in the final match. Notably, five other Dagestani athletes achieved podium finishes at the tournament.
