MAKHACHKALA, June 3 – RIA Dagestan. Ayzanat Murtazaeva has claimed victory at the Open Championship of the Union State in Fencing, titled "Cup of the Strongest Athletes" held in Minsk. Dagestani fencer proved unbeatable in the individual women's épée event, which featured 64 competitors. This marks her first gold medal at a tournament in the Belarusian capital, where she had previously won silver and bronze medals. Murtazaeva also delivered a strong performance in the team competition.
