Nineteen-year-old Kurban Rasulov made his professional debut for Dynamo Moscow during a Russian Football Cup match against Samara Wings of the Soviets. The goalkeeper from Dagestan started the game and played a scoreless 90 minutes. He subsequently contributed to Dynamo Moscow's victory by performing well in the ensuing penalty shootout. Rasulov, a product of the Dagestan football system, furthered his development within the Dynamo Moscow academy.
