KAZAN, April 23 – RIA Dagestan. Dagestani Hapkido team has departed for Kazan to participate in the upcoming Russian National and Junior Championship, scheduled for April 24 - 27. Representing Dagestan, a contingent of 65 athletes will compete across multiple age brackets and weight divisions.
The event anticipates the involvement of approximately 800 participants hailing from 40 Russian regions. This championship functions as a critical qualification platform for the forthcoming BRICS Games, set to be held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on June 23 - 27.
Exceptional performances in Kazan will be pivotal for athletes striving to secure their positions on the national roster for this high-profile international multi-sport competition.
