Titles of champions in rhythmic gymnastics first time awarded in Dagestan

For the first time in the history of region, the certificates and medals of the Russian rhythmic gymnastics champions have been officially awarded in Dagestan. The ceremony has taken place today as part of the opening ceremony of the regional tournament "Golden Ribbon".

Khabib Gadzhiev, a two-time world kickboxing champion and deputy head of the Department for sport, tourism and youth affairs of Makhachkala municipal administration attended the event. This achievement marks a significant milestone in the advancement of rhythmic gymnastics in Dagestan, serving as a testament to the exceptional level of training achieved by the athletes – Gadzhiev said.
