Negotiations are currently underway to finalize a contract with Pinsk Worsted Wool Factory of «Polesie» OJSC for the supply of washed wool worth RUB 30 million to Kavkazskaya Wool LLC for subsequent production of knitting yarn.

An agreement was signed with Kamvol OJSC for the supply of wool for the production of blankets. Kavkazskaya Wool LLC plans to launch a pilot project with JSC "Vitebskiye Kovry" for the supply of finished yarn from semi-raw wool worth BYN 35 million.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Dagestan together with the leadership of Kavkazskaya Wool LLC discussed the issue of supplying finished yarn from semicrude wool to Brest «Carpets» JSC. Efforts are underway to formalize a contract for the raw material supply.

Samples of the finished wool yarn have been sent to "Vitebsk Carpets" JSC. It is expected that 35-40 tons of worsted yarn will be delivered in the near future. The yarn delivered to both JSC "Vitebsk Carpets" and JSC "Kovry Brest" will be used in the production of rugs.

Noteworthy, following the visit of Abdulmuslim Abdulmuslimov, the chairman of the government of the Republic of Dagestan, to Belarus in February 2025, a comprehensive plan of actions for the advancement of industries in both Belarus and Dagestan was endorsed.
