Within the framework of a project of international transport corridor "North-South" Dagestan authorities develop a Concept of transport and logistics centers located along the federal highways.

The facilities are designed to provide a range of services in cargo transportation, storage, processing, parking with related services and repair of vehicles.

Based on results of the analysis of cargo traffic on federal highways, the regional government formed proposals for the development of logistics complexes. Eight locations have been selected in the vicinity of the next settlements: Kochubey, Tarumovka, Bogatyrevka, Tyube, Zagorodny, Manas, Yarag-Kazmalyar and Avadan.

The approximate area of land plots for TLCs makes about 10 hectares. According to the project, a hotel complex, a refrigerated terminal, a trade and office center, a retail agricultural market, a fruit and vegetable warehouse will be located on the territory of each center.

The republican Agency for Entrepreneurship started searching for the investors to organize mutually beneficial cooperation.
