The production of Martini vermouth is set to be launched in the Republic of Dagestan. In 2026, the Chateau Alvisa winery in Derbent will initiate the first Martini production facility in Russia. The enterprise will produce Martini Bianco and Martini Fiero vermouths, becoming only the second major Martini plant established outside of Italy in the brand's history; the first is located in Argentina.

The planned production volume is approximately 1 million decaliters of vermouth annually, a quantity projected to fully satisfy the demands of the Russian market. The production will utilize grapes sourced from Dagestan, while the aromatic base—comprising traditional extracts and spices—will be supplied from Turin, Italy, the brand's birthplace.

This strategic project is anticipated to reinforce Dagestan's status as a leading viticultural region in Russia. Furthermore, it is poised to elevate Russia's standing in the global spirits industry by establishing the country as a significant production hub for the world-renowned Italian aperitif.
