The state cadastral valuation of all land plots registered in the Unified State Register of Real Estate as of January 1, 2026 on the territory of the Republic of Dagestan will be conducted in 2026. This assessment, which will be performed by the State Budgetary Institution “Dagtekhkadastr” (Dagestan Bureau for Technical Inventory and Cadastral Valuation) using the National Real Estate Data System is essential for calculating land taxes, determining the value of leasing and purchasing land, as well as for various other purposes.

The regional Land and Property Relations Minister Zaur Eminov has assured that the valuation process will be conducted with utmost objectivity and transparency. Right holders will have an opportunity to submit declarations regarding the characteristics of their land plots to Dagtekhkadastr before December 31, 2025.
