Artem Zdunov visits Worldskills Russia championship in Kazan

Makhachkala, May 23, 2019. The national championship “Young Professionals” (WorldSkills Russia) is taking place in the capital of Tatarstan. The Prime Minister of Dagestan Artem Zdunov visited the venues of the competition.
The finals of the country's largest professional skill competitions are held in Kazan - the VII National Championship “Young Professionals” (WorldSkills Russia). Its goal is to introduce the best international practices into the national education system, to increase the prestige of working professions and to improve the quality of personnel training.
Today, the Prime Minister RD Artem Zdunov visited the championship and met with members of Dagestan delegation participating in the competition. In total, 9 participants from Dagestan arrived in Kazan, competing in 8 competencies.
Within three days, more than 1500 young men and women from the regions of Russia and 25 countries compete for the title of the best young professionals in the country. The participants of the championship, the students of secondary vocational educational institutions aged 16 - 22 passed tough selection tests to present their regions.
