A unique hippotherapy center, the first of its kind to be officially licensed in the region, has commenced operations in Dagestan. The project was realized on the initiative of Zaur Askenderov, Chairman of the People's Assembly of the Republic of Dagestan, who also acted as the primary investor for this social endeavor.

The center's comprehensive rehabilitation approach makes it a pioneering facility for the region. It is designed to provide assistance to children with disabilities and veterans of the special military operation. Hippotherapy—the use of horseback riding for therapeutic purposes—is proven to contribute to both physical rehabilitation and psychological well-being, significantly enhancing patients' overall quality of life.

The opening ceremony was attended by Akhmed Magomedov, a veteran of the special military operation participating in the "Valor of the Mountains" state target program. The center stands as a model of successful partnership, achieved through collaboration between government structures, businesses, and non-profit organizations.
