"Mostootryad-99" JSC, a Dagestan-based construction company, has been officially appointed as the contractor for the inaugural stage of the "Caspian Coastal Cluster" development. Following an electronic tender where it was the sole participant, the company secured a contract valued at RUB 2.3 billion from the project client, "Kavkaz.RF" JSC.
The scope of work, with a completion deadline of July 30, 2027, encompasses comprehensive site development. This includes territory landscaping and greening, capital repairs to engineering and transport infrastructure, the construction of key public amenities such as a dry fountain and service pavilions, demolition works and protective measures for on-site cultural heritage objects.
This contract marks a significant milestone in the realization of the larger Caspian resort project, for which "Kavkaz.RF" has planned total investments of RUB 14.6 billion through 2027. The initiative is a cornerstone of Dagestan's strategy to establish itself as a premier year-round tourism destination on Russia's Caspian coastline.
