MAKHACHKALA, February 13 – RIA “Dagestan”. A new high-tech medical and rehabilitation center is planned for construction in Makhachkala–Kaspiysk agglomeration. The project supported by the Head of Dagestan Sergei Melikov and private investors will operate as part of the Vishnevsky Republican Clinical Hospital.
The facility will primarily serve participants of the Special Military Operation and Dagestan residents requiring specialized rehabilitation. It will integrate surgical, intensive care, and rehabilitation departments under a single organizational structure.
Specialized units for orthopedics, traumatology, cardiology, and oncology rehabilitation will provide all three stages of care. This continuum—from acute treatment to full social reintegration—aims to ensure seamless medical support for patients throughout their recovery.
