MAKHACHKALA, February 12 – RIA “Dagestan”. According to a study by the Avito Rabota platform, the number of resumes submitted by job seekers in blue-collar and production-line occupations in Dagestan increased by 70% in 2025 compared to the previous year.
At the same time, candidates' salary expectations rose by 33%, reaching an average of RUB 54,989 per month. Nationally, electric and gas welders emerged as the most sought-after profession among job seekers. The number of resumes for this specialty more than doubled year-on-year (+134%), with an average expected salary of 130,526 rubles per month for full-time positions.
A similar upward trend was observed among electricians, whose resume submissions grew by 112% over the year. The average expected salary for electricians working fixed schedules stood at 115,267 rubles per month.
