Frozen dessert made of sheep's milk produced by Agrofirma Sogratl has been successfully certified and received the "Product of Dagestan" quality mark. The results of the tests confirmed the quality, safety and compliance of the ice cream with the requirements of the technical regulations on dairy products.

The ice cream will be sold under the "Lakonia" brand and the corresponding label has already been designed. Abdurahman Churaev, the head of the agricultural company, noted that this unique and eco-friendly product is in high demand among consumers.

Earlier, Churaev stated that the company had no plans to expand production but aimed to cover the domestic market.
