In Dagestan, the number of apartments available for daily rent has increased by 17% and the number of cottages by 60%. On average, an apartment can be rented for RUB 2,900 per day and a cottage for RUB 5,900 per night in Dagestan.

Apart from Dagestan, the availability of daily rentals has also increased over the past year in Primorsky Krai (+65%), Rostov Region (+59%), Nizhny Novgorod Region (+58%) and Sverdlovsk Region (+51%).

Russians were most likely to book serviced apartments for two nights in September 2023. Travellers in Kaliningrad, Crimea, Krasnodar, Primorsky, Dagestan and Stavropol were most likely to rent such accommodation for the longest period (four nights) in September.
