Both initiatives are supported by the national project "Tourism and the Hospitality Industry".

Abdulmuslimov underscored the forum's role as a platform for sharing experiences, discussion on critical tourism industry issues and forging connections between government bodies, businesses and public organizations from Dagestan and other Russian regions. The top official highlighted the development of tourism in Dagestan as a top regional priority, citing the republic's substantial potential to attract both domestic and international tourists.
