The popularity of contactless technologies among Dagestan passengers has grown in 3 times. In 2023 more than 10 million residents of the North Caucasian Federal District used cashless payments. The republic of Dagestan took the 1st place in the list of regions.

In 2023, the non-cash payments gained popularity among Dagestan passengers - payments grew 3 times compared to 2022. The region saw 4 million transactions, thus ranking first among the republics of the North Caucasus Federal District. Karachay-Cherkessia follows, where more than 3.5 million transactions were made.

In total, this year the residents of the Caucasus used contactless technology for fare payment more than 10 million times, which is 2.7 times more compared to the previous year.
