The most expensive country houses are in Moscow region (average 8 million rubles), Dagestan and Kaliningrad region (6.5 million rubles). The most affordable real estate objects are in Kirov region (750 thousand rubles), Ulyanovsk and Smolensk regions (950 thousand rubles).

Dachas are much cheaper - the maximum prices in Dagestan (3 million rubles), the minimum - in Udmurtia (300 thousand rubles) and Kirov region (360 thousand).
