The indicator of housing construction volume in Dagestan for the first half of 2024 has increased five times compared to last year. According to official data from DagestanStat, from January to June 2024, 2,932 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned, an increase of almost five times compared to the same period in 2023. In the segment of residential and communal construction, the growth in construction volume has been even more significant, reaching 8.7 times, with 1.8 million square meters built.
