The participants of the Special Military Operation residing in the Republic of Dagestan will have an opportunity to establish their own agricultural enterprises with state support under the pilot project that encompasses 19 regions across Russia.

Under the Agromotivator program, the special operation veterans can apply for grants. In 2025, it is planned to provide support for a total of 44 projects nationwide, amounting to RUB 200 million. The grant amount for each project makes RUB 7 million.

Dagestan, along with Chechnya and Kalmykia, is among the top three regions in terms of potential project participants. In the republic, three projects will receive support. The authorities encourage experienced farmers from Dagestan to serve as mentors, assisting the former servicemen to successfully establish and develop their farms.
