The event has started today in Pskov and will last for two days. Dagestan is represented by the vice-rector for digital transformation in Dagestan Institute for Educational Development, the head of the Regional Information Processing Center, Askandar Arkalaev.

Arkalaev will present a report titled "The experience of Dagestan in establishing a regional system of online video monitoring as an effective tool for improving the objectivity of assessment processes."

The event will bring together teachers, representatives from federal and regional government agencies, educational organizations, and municipal authorities. It also involves the representatives of the IT industry, digital transformation centers, education development institutes, advanced vocational training centers, as well as other users of digital technologies in education.

During the forum, various aspects of transitioning to the use of Russian software and the future of digital services will be discussed. Additionally, topics such as educational content, social services, integration of information systems, free software, and technology development in education and the IT industry will be explored. The forum will also feature an exhibition of high-tech solutions, software, and hardware for education.
