An exhibition of trophy weapons and equipment captured by Russian servicemen during a special military operation has opened in Makhachkala.
The exhibition features a variety of weapons from NATO countries, including the American Bradley armoured personnel carrier, the German Marder infantry fighting vehicle, the British Spartan APC, and armoured vehicles from Sweden and Canada. A Ukrainian Bulat tank and other trophies captured by Russian forces is also exhibited.
The captured vehicles are a clear testament to the success of the Russian armed forces, as well as the heroism and prowess of our soldiers. Our combatants are dismantling enemy vehicles, which burn like Nazi tanks during the Great Patriotic War, evoking a sense of pride in Russia and our military, as well as confidence in our imminent victory.
Over 5,000 residents and military personnel from Dagestan were awarded state honors for their courage and valor during the special military operation. Of these, more than 500 were bestowed with the Order of Valor, while 12 were granted the highest honor of the Hero of the Russian Federation title.
