"Unknown Russia" project participants to shoot documentary on Dagestan
Makhachkala, May 2, 2017. The participants of the project "Unknown Russia" expressed their intention to shoot a documentary on the Republic of Dagestan to tell the viewers about the most interesting, unknown and the farthest corners of Russia.
It is noted that the film about Dagestan will demonstrate the mountainous region in different aspects. The film will contain information on the historical monuments, the nature, the culture and the way of life of the republic’s residents. According to the organizers, the shooting process will begin in September. The project participants plan to visit all cities and some villages: Kubachi, Gamsutl, Gimry, and Shamilsky district. The film about Dagestan will be presented at the festival "Kotomka-fest" in St. Petersburg and other venues, and then posted on the Internet.
