A workshop as part of the All-Russian Participatory Design Marathon "Dream School" aimed at attracting talented young people to develop design projects for school spaces has ended in Dagestan. For five days, students from Dagestan State Technical University and Dagestan State University of Humanities worked with tutors to create design projects for schools.

The participants got an opportunity to learn about the methodology of participatory design, colour schemes, zoning in school spaces and furniture design. Speakers also spoke about the principles of modern school design.
As a result of the marathon, three schools were selected to implement the projects: Malokozyrevskaya School in Kizlyar district, Verkhnekazansky School in Buinak district and School No.10 in Izberbash.

The final stage of the Dream School Marathon was held at the Construction Ministry of the republic of Dagestan, the regional coordinator for the project. Participants presented their projects and visualizations of the Dream School, which is being held throughout Russia with the support of the "Movement of the First" youth public organization.
