According to Emin Merdanov, the regional Minister of Tourism and Folk Arts and Crafts, about 45% of hotel accommodations in the Republic of Dagestan have already been booked for the summer period.

"According to feedback from representatives of accommodation facilities, reservations for the period of the tourist season today make about 45%," - Merdanov is quoted as saying.

Sales of tour services in the region have increased by 20% compared to last year's figures. In 2023, Dagestan became the leader in the growth of tourist flows.
