According to the National Bank of Dagestan, since the beginning of the year the residents of the republic have increased the portfolio of mortgage loans by almost 36%. The total amount of mortgage repayment obligations reached 74 billion rubles. In general, the retail loan portfolio in the region grew by almost 30% and exceeded 145 billion rubles as of July 1, 2023. In the consumer loan segment, the amounts grew by 24.4% to 71.4 billion rubles.
