The cost of land plots in Dagestan rose by 60% in 2023, the analysts of the "Avito Real Estate" portal say. At the same time, the demand for land purchase in the region has grown insignificantly over the year by 1%. In the country as a whole, the residents have become more actively interested in buying land plots. As a result, demand across the country grew by 10% over the year. In the first quarter of 2024, the demand for land purchase increased in 20 out of 34 regions that participated in the research conducted by Avito Real Estate.
