An investment project to construct a garment factory is currently being implemented in the village of Karata, located in the Ahvakhsky municipal district of the Republic of Dagestan. Pront LLC has initiated the sewing production project, which will cover an area of approximately 1,500 square meters. The factory will produce various textile products, including clothing and accessories such as bed linen, curtains, tablecloths, and unique custom-made garments.

The project, estimated at RUB 209 million, is expected to create 60 new jobs and generate annual tax revenues of approximately RUB 20 million. Construction and assembly of the facility have been completed, and installation of heating and water systems is nearing completion. The investor has been granted a 49-year lease on a plot of land measuring 5,000 square meters with the necessary communications and access roads. Work completion and staffing are planned for the end of the year.
