Conference dedicated to preservation and development of cultural heritage to be held in Makhachkala
Makhachkala, April 27, 2017. On April 28, within the framework of the international festival "Caspian Sea - the shores of friendship" the Republican Library named after R. Gamzatov in Makhachkala will host a conference dedicated to the preservation and development of cultural heritage.
The motto of the methodical and practical conference is "The issues of implementation of principles of the state cultural policy and the activities of the traditional culture centers of the peoples of Russia on preservation and development of the intangible cultural heritage. The experience of the Republic of Dagestan in establishing traditional culture centers of the peoples of Russia". The scientists and ethnographers, the heads of cultural institutions of Dagestan will discuss the role of centers in the preservation of cultural traditions, the revival and development of national crafts in the republic.
The consultant of the Department of State Support for Arts and Folk Art of the Ministry of Culture of Russia Galina Marakhtanova, the collector of the Russian folk costume, the member of the Union of Artists of Russia and the International Federation of Artists Sergei Glebushkin, the deputy director of the Russian State House of Folk Art named after V. Polenov Mary Rusanova are among the main speakers of the conference.
The artistic director of the collective "Dede Gorgud Aziklar" from Iran Kosarali Shahbazi, artistic director of the group "Dzhangi" from Azerbaijan Mirsavad Safarov, deputy general secretary of the Federation of International Dance Festivals (F1DAF) from Bulgaria Emil Dimitrov, the artistic director of the national ensemble "Zharkyn" from Kazakhstan Gulnar Anairbekova and the executive director of the Regional organization "Russian-Azerbaijani House" Isa Safarov will deliver reports about the international cultural cooperation and the development of folk choreographic and vocal art.
