Moscow, July 3, 2015. The ersonal exhibition entitled "Homage to my father" by Dagestani artist, the member of the Russian Union of Artists Oleg Pirbudagov kicked off July 1 in the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Dagestan at the President of the Russian Federation in Moscow. The exhibition is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the artist's father - a judge, member of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR, Honored Lawyer of the Russian Federation Magomed Pirbudagov.
When the guests got familiarized with the exhibits, a kind of an "official part" on the artist’s life and creative way started. Izumrud Mugutdinova, the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Dagestan at the President of Russia was the first who took the floor.
According to the official, people knew Oleg as a wonderful, very talented painter and as a very modest man. His modesty was proved by the fact that he always refused to accept multiple proposals on awarding him with appropriate titles. Speaking about his work, I. Mugutdinova highlighted master’s affection to his native land.
Oleg Pirbudagov’s friend, the Honored Artist of the Republic of Dagestan Magomed Kazhlaev added that he liked the idea of dedicating the exhibition to the father. According to the artist, it elevates Oleg as the respect for parents elevates each human. Moreover, Oleg, according to Kazhlaev, is one of those creative individuals, who living among his people, due to his talent, rises above all and moves to the next level, thus glorifying his own people.
Another friend of the painter – the director of the Institute of World Literature, professor Kazbek Sultanov narrated on Pirbudagov much simpler, shorter and clearer: "All his life, is the evolution of language and the search for self-expression. He sought constantly controlling himself. Dagestan - is his source of inspiration. Pirbudagov’s Dagestan - is the creation of subtle lyricism "- the deserved philologist summed up his thought.
