The total area of housing commissioned under the projects of integrated development of territories in Dagestan may increase more than fivefold by 2030, the first deputy Chairman of the regional Government Manvel Mazhonts says. In 2023, the total area of these projects amounted to 130,000 square meters. The goal for 2030 is to increase this figure up to 750,000. In the capital of the region, Makhachkala, there are prospects for construction of a 620-hectare project. As to Majonts, 12 promising sites for integrated territorial development have been identified by the republican Ministry of Construction.
