A special session on fostering scientific potential in the Republic of Dagestan took place as part of the Fourth Congress-Forum of Young Scientists in Sochi, aiming to enhance international scientific cooperation, consolidate expertise for addressing pressing societal issues and bolster the role of BRICS nations in scientific and technological advancements. The event attracted a diverse audience of over 7,000 participants from more than 60 countries, including a remarkable 170 young scholars.

The "Republic of Dagestan: Global and Regional Challenges" session served as a culmination of a satellite event hosted in Dagestan during the fourth congress, focusing on exploring the achievements and future trajectories for developing the region's scientific capabilities.
