The housing in Turkey most often attracts interest in Krasnodar, Novosibirsk, Samara, Voronezh and Perm. Besides, the residents of these cities wish to buy real estate in Northern Cyprus. Dagestanis do the same. They started displaying especially noticeable interest in the northern part of the island.

The average budget for the purchase of foreign real estate by the residents of large Russian cities varies from 250 thousand to 1 million euros. The small-town dwellers spend from 100 thousand to 250 thousand euros.
