Speaking at the regional Ministry of Construction, Zapir Akayev, Director General of the "Guild of Builders" Association confessed that the construction industry is in desperate need of skilled personnel.

"The strategy for training personnel for the needs of the construction industry requires a comprehensive analysis of demographic and migration trends, determining medium and long-term projections for the dynamics of labor resources, developing models for improving labor quality and training qualified specialists and workers to meet the changing requirements of production" - Akayev said.

According to Akayev, these measures include monitoring market demands for labor resources and aligning training with the actual needs of the construction sector. This is done by using modern educational technologies and equipment that are based on professional standards and trends in the construction industry.
