The national karate team of Dagestan will participate in the Russian championship to be held in Moscow on August 23 - 25. For the competition, the coaching staff has selected the most promising athletes: Victoria Isaeva (68 kg.), Ullubiy Mamashev (60 kg), Roman Denisov (75 kg), Ramazan Gadzhiev (75 kg), Gadzhi Gadzhiev (75 kg), Akhmed Murtazaliev (84 kg), and Said Hamdul (over 84 kg). In preparation for this major event, the Dagestanis spent ten days training at the Ali Aliyev Training and Sports Base in Izberbash.
