The republican authorities have launched the training of football coaches under the auspices of the C-UEFA program. The courses held in Kaspiysk is an inaugural stage of UEFA's coaching training system aimed at nurturing experts to oversee children's and youth soccer teams.

The program encompasses both theoretical and hands-on sessions, during which participants will delve into modern coaching techniques, the intricacies of developing young football players, the fundamentals of tactics and the sport psychology. A primary focus will be placed on understanding the age-specific aspects of child and youth coaching, as well as implementing effective training methods and motivational strategies for athletes.

Notably, this program attracts not only coaches from Dagestan but also individuals from other regions, underscoring the high demand for this course and affirming the esteem with which coaching training in Dagestan is viewed.

Upon completion of the program, participants who meet the requirements will be awarded a C-UEFA coaching license, conferring upon them the authority to engage in coaching children's and youth teams and to pursue further education for enhancement of their coaching skills.
