The industrial cluster "City of Shoemakers", which brings together 12 leading companies in Dagestan, has officially been registered with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia. Within the framework of this footwear cluster, 4 joint projects with a total investment volume of RUB 415 million from extra-budgetary sources will be implemented until 2022.

They have already invested approx. RUB 200 million in their projects. Some of these projects expand the existing facilities, while several new footwear factories are also under construction. This will create approximately 35 new jobs by the end of 2024 and another 50 by the end of 2027.
