The construction of five- and four-star hotels will soon be started in southern Dagestan. The facilities will appear in Derbent and the city district of Kaspiysk. According to "Kavkaz.RF", the project of five-star hotel "Derbent Palace" is at the stage of development of project documentation. At the same time, the project of a four-star hotel "Achi-Su Hotel Resort" near Kaspiysk is already at the stage of receiving an investment approval.

Besides, with support of the Caucasus.RF Development Institute, a big project of Caspian coastal cluster is being implemented near the city of Derbent, where, apart from the hotels with 14 thousand beds, 6 km of landscaped area with modern parks will appear.
