Experts of the real estate portal "Mir Kvartir" have calculated which Russia’s region is the leader in the growth of prices for private houses and cottages since the beginning of 2023. Thus, the average price of a house in Russia has risen by 15.5% to 6.9 million rubles since the beginning of the year. The average price of a private house in Dagestan amounted to 12.6 million rubles by December. The growth made 32% compared to December of 2022.
