Today, September 25, the delegation from the Sultanate of Oman, which arrived in Dagestan with an introductory program, visited the "YugAgroHolding" greenhouse complex. According to the press service of the Agency for Entrepreneurship and Investments of the Republic of Dagestan, the guests appreciated the quality of the tomatoes grown and were interested in the methods and technologies of growing vegetables in closed systems.

In the second half of the day, the delegation visited Niva Greenhouse. The company's management demonstrated the production of modern greenhouses and spoke about the supply of products to Uzbekistan, Abkhazia and other countries.

During the visit, the parties discussed the possibility of supplying greenhouses from Dagestan to Oman. Ruslan Abaskuliev, Advisor to the Head of the Republic of Dagestan, Director of the Export Support Centre, noted that the project of greenhouse construction in the Sultanate of Oman was discussed last year.

The representatives of Oman have expressed their interest in learning more about Dagestan's experience in the field. The next step will be to discuss financing, delivery, installation and commissioning of greenhouses. It is worth noting that Oman delegation visit Dagestan as part of a business exchange mission.
